Partner terms

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Last updated: 2026-10-15

This is a courtesy translation. The German version is the legally binding one (Section 16 (4)).

These terms apply to the partner programme of the Shopify app “Easy AI Act Image Labels” (the app). “I” am the provider of the app, “you” are the partner. Questions about the partner programme: partners@easyaiactlabels.com.

Section 1 Provider, scope

  1. The provider of the partner programme and your contracting party is lakör GmbH & Co. KG, Am Kreuzgraben 5, 18146 Rostock, Germany, Local Court (Amtsgericht) Rostock HRA 4787, VAT ID DE341736743. Its general partner is lakör Management GmbH, Rostock, Local Court (Amtsgericht) Rostock HRB 15284, represented by its managing directors Frank Melz and Steffi Wulf.
  2. These terms govern how you recommend the app in return for commission. They apply equally to all partners, whether provider of online courses, YouTube or other creator, Shopify expert, freelancer, agency, e-mail marketer, consultant, association or provider of a tool or theme. A cooperation that goes beyond recommending (for example a technical integration) I agree with you separately; your recommendations remain subject to these terms.
  3. Deviating terms of yours do not apply, even if I do not expressly object to them.

Section 2 Who can become a partner

  1. You can become a partner if you are a business (Unternehmer) within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), that is, if you use the partner programme in the course of your trade, business or profession. You confirm this when signing up by ticking the box “I am acting as a business”. I do not accept consumers.
  2. Your registered office can be in any country. Your e-mail address is all you need to sign up. Only for self-billing invoices and payouts (Sections 7 and 8) do you need a PayPal account that can receive payments in euros, and your tax details: if your registered office is in Germany, your tax number or your VAT ID; in another EU member state, a valid VAT identification number; outside the EU, a tax or registration number of your country (Section 7 (4)).
  3. When signing up and in your partner account you give true details. You enter your required details for self-billing invoices and payouts (name, address, VAT status with number, PayPal address) completely and correctly, at the latest as set out in Section 8 (3). If anything changes, you update it in your account without undue delay.

Section 3 Sign-up, conclusion of the contract

  1. You sign up on the partner page with your e-mail address, confirm with one tick box that you are acting as a business (Section 2 (1)) and accept these terms with a second tick box. I need no further details for signing up.
  2. After you submit the sign-up, I send you an e-mail with a confirmation link. The contract is concluded when you click this link; there is no prior review or approval by me. I then send you an e-mail with your partner link and your partner code; from then on both are also shown in your partner account, where you also find the partner kit. If you do not confirm the sign-up within 24 hours, no contract is concluded and I delete the related details. If a partner account already exists for your e-mail address, no second one is created. You can access, save and print these terms on this page at any time.
  3. Instead of a prior review, I look at advertising for the app on a sample basis (Section 9 (8)). If you do not meet the requirement of Section 2 (1) or if you breach these terms, I can terminate under Section 14 (2).
  4. I assign your partner code at random; you do not choose your own code. If you chose your code yourself under an earlier version of these terms, it remains valid.
  5. Participation is free of charge. You are under no obligation to recommend the app, to refer a minimum number of stores or to report to me on your activities. You work independently and for your own account, without territorial protection and without exclusivity. You are not permanently entrusted with arranging business for me.
  1. With your partner code a store tries the app’s Unlimited plan free of charge for 40 days instead of the usual 7 days. The store enters the code on the plan page of the app before its first paid bill; this also works during a running trial. The 40 days count from the start of the trial, and each store gets a trial only once, even after reinstalling (terms of use of the app, Section 7 (4) and (9)). One code applies per store; it cannot be combined with other codes or promotions.
  2. Your partner link (called “affiliate link” on the partner page and in the account) is a direct link to the app in the Shopify App Store, with your code added as an identifier (UTM parameter). Your code is the safest way. The link attributes a store when Shopify reports the installation (Section 5 (1) no. 1); it gives the store no benefit, only the code does. I set no cookie for the link, I do not count clicks, and I promise no period within which opening the link still leads to an attribution.
  3. Large communities. If you have at least 50,000 followers or subscribers on a single channel (for example a YouTube channel, a newsletter or a social media profile), you can enter that number and the public link to that channel in your account. You can do this for several channels; I check each channel on its own, and they are not added together. At my request you provide evidence of the number, for example an extract from the channel’s statistics. There is no right to confirmation. If I confirm a channel, I tell you by e-mail and in your account. From then on, your codes redeemed by stores afterwards give, in addition to the 40 days, a permanent 10% discount on the price of Unlimited: on every subscription of the store, monthly or annual, also after switching between the two. After a period on Free or after reinstalling, the discount continues when the store subscribes again, provided its last paid subscription with the discount was no more than 12 months ago. Your codes give the discount as long as at least one of your channels is confirmed. The discount does not apply retroactively to codes redeemed while none of your channels was confirmed. The discount stays with the store, even if the partnership ends or I later withdraw a confirmation. If you change the number or the link of a channel, I check that channel again; until the new confirmation it does not count as confirmed. If the requirements for a channel are not or no longer met, I can withdraw its confirmation for future redemptions. The discount reduces the commission base (Section 6 (4)). The community discount is available only once I name it as available on the partner page; you can enter your details beforehand.
  4. Whenever you mention the benefit for stores, you also state its conditions (§ 6(1) no. 3 of the German Digital Services Act, DDG): 40 days free instead of 7 for the Unlimited plan, only with your code, entered in the app before the first paid bill, one code per store, one trial per store, counted from its start (if the store has already tried Unlimited, only the remaining days of that trial apply, or none). You mention the community discount only while at least one of your channels is confirmed, and always as “10% permanently off the price of Unlimited” with the same conditions. You do not attribute the benefit to the link.
  5. Code and link are personal. You do not publish them on voucher or discount websites. You may offer stores further benefits, for example passing on part of your commission, only with my consent in text form.

Section 5 Attribution of a store

  1. A store is attributed to you (1) when it installs the app through your partner link and Shopify reports this to me, (2) when it redeems your code in the app (Section 4 (1)) or (3) manually under paragraph 2. As to (1): Shopify reports the installation with the store address and your identifier to the statistics of the app listing, and I attribute the store daily based on that report. Whether Shopify reports an installation with your identifier is beyond my control; without a report the link creates no attribution, and you can report the store under paragraph 2. Merely opening your link without an installation does not attribute a store.
  2. On your notice to partners@easyaiactlabels.com, I also attribute a store manually. Tell me its Shopify address (your-store.myshopify.com) and how you referred it. Your notice must reach me no later than 30 days after the store’s first paid bill; ideally, send it right at installation. I may ask the store owner for confirmation. I confirm the attribution to you by e-mail. A manual attribution applies to bills that Shopify books from the day of attribution; it does not trigger a benefit for the store.
  3. Each store is attributed to one partner at most; the first attribution applies. It remains in place if the store uninstalls and reinstalls the app. Priority of the code: If a store enters a partner code in the app before its first paid bill, the partner of that code applies, even if the store previously came through another partner’s link; otherwise the link applies. After the first paid bill no new attribution arises, except manually under paragraph 2.
  4. Not attributed (no self-referral): your own stores and stores of businesses connected to you, that is, in which you hold a majority, which hold a majority in you or which are under common management with you.
  5. If it later turns out that an attribution breaches these terms, I cancel it and set off the commission from it under Section 7 (7).

Section 6 Commission

  1. Lifetime. For every store attributed to you, you receive commission on every bill that Shopify books for a paid plan of the app (currently Unlimited), for as long as the store pays, without a time limit: also after switching between monthly and annual billing, after a period on the Free plan and after uninstalling and reinstalling. Commission arises on bills that Shopify books from the day of attribution and from the store’s first paid bill, for as long as the partnership continues; after it ends, Sections 13 and 14 apply. An annual bill counts in full. Example: a store subscribes to Unlimited for the first time in December 2027, switches to Free in May 2028 and subscribes to Unlimited again in February 2029. You receive commission on its bills from December 2027 to April 2028 and again from February 2029, each time at the rate of its counting month December 2027 (paragraph 3).

  2. Tiers. How much commission you receive for a store (rate) depends on how many stores attributed to you have their first paid bill in the same calendar month (counting month; Coordinated Universal Time, UTC, applies):

    • 1 to 10 stores: 10% of the commission base
    • 11 to 29 stores: 20% of the commission base
    • 30 stores or more: 25% of the commission base

Each calendar month is counted on its own and starts again from zero. Stores attributed to you under an earlier version of these terms count as well (Section 15 (5)).

  3. Rate frozen per store. I set the rate of a counting month with the monthly run on the 3rd of the following month (Section 7 (2)). It then applies permanently to every store of that counting month and to all its bills, even if you win more or fewer stores in later months. A store’s counting month is the month of its first paid bill; if it is attributed to you only afterwards (Section 5 (2)), the month of attribution. If a store joins a counting month only after its rate has been set, for example because Shopify reports a bill late, it receives the rate already set for that month; the number and rate of that month no longer change as a result. During the current month your account shows a provisional number and the provisional rate. Example: in March 2027, 12 stores attributed to you have their first paid bill. With the run on 3 April 2027 I set 20% for March; these 12 stores earn you 20% permanently. In April there are 3 stores; they earn you 10% permanently, and the 12 stores from March stay at 20%.

  4. The commission base is the netAmount that the Shopify Partner API shows for the bill: what Shopify credits to me for that bill after deducting its share and its fees, after any discount from a code (Section 4 (3)) and excluding VAT. Example with assumed figures: Unlimited costs 9.90 EUR per month; if Shopify credits me 9.61 EUR for it, your commission at a rate of 10% is 0.96 EUR for that bill.

  5. Refunds and adjustments that Shopify books for a bill on which commission arose reduce the commission base of the month in which Shopify books them. This includes the pro-rata refund a store receives from Shopify when it cancels or switches to Free.

  6. I settle the commission in euros. If Shopify shows the commission base in another currency, I convert it at the euro reference rate of the European Central Bank for the day of booking; if there is no rate for that day, the last rate published before it applies.

  7. Commission-free periods. No commission arises for periods in which a store pays nothing: the trial (including the 40 days from your code), development stores and test charges, the Free plan, a store paused at Shopify and the time after an uninstallation. Likewise, no commission arises on bills before the attribution, on bills after the partnership has ended (except in the run-off period under Section 14 (1) and Section 15 (2)) and for stores under Section 5 (4).

  8. If I change the tiers or the rates, the change applies only to stores whose rate I set after it takes effect; a rate already set stays. If I change the duration of the commission, the change applies only to stores attributed to you after it takes effect.

  9. The commission covers your services and expenses. You bear the taxes and charges on the commission in your country; German VAT is governed by Section 7 (4).

Section 7 Settlement by self-billing invoice

  1. You and I agree that I settle your service by self-billing invoice (Gutschrift, § 14(2) sentence 5 of the German VAT Act, UStG). You do not send me an invoice.
  2. Self-billing invoice from 50 EUR. On the 3rd of every month I settle the commission of the previous month (monthly run). I issue a self-billing invoice as soon as your open balance (total of the commission not yet invoiced after set-off against adjustments, excluding VAT, calculated as on the invoice per month and rate) amounts to at least 50 EUR and your required details under Section 8 (3) are complete; otherwise I carry the balance forward to the following month. If both conditions are met after the monthly run, I issue the invoice with the run; if you enter your details later, I issue it at the latest on the day after your entry, and in any case before the payout (Section 8 (1)). I settle without a minimum amount after your partnership has ended through my termination (Section 14). The invoice bears the word “Gutschrift”, a sequential number and one line per month and rate (number of bills, commission base, adjustments, rate, commission), plus VAT under paragraph 4; all months open until then appear as separate lines. It contains no details of individual stores (Section 11 (1)).
  3. The self-billing invoice is an electronic invoice in the ZUGFeRD format, profile EN 16931: a PDF file with embedded structured invoice data (XML). I send it to the e-mail address of your partner account and store it in your account. You consent to this electronic transmission (§ 14(1) sentence 5 UStG) and make sure that e-mails to this address reach you.
  4. The service is supplied in Germany because I receive it as a business established in Germany (§ 3a(2) UStG). For VAT, the status you state in your account applies:
    • Established in Germany, standard VAT: commission plus VAT at the statutory rate (currently 19%). The invoice shows your tax number or your VAT ID.
    • Established in Germany, small business: no VAT; the invoice bears the note that the small business exemption applies (§ 19(1) UStG) and shows your tax number or your VAT ID.
    • Established in another EU member state: no VAT; I owe the tax as the recipient of the service (§ 13b(1) and (5) UStG). The invoice bears the note “Steuerschuldnerschaft des Leistungsempfängers” (reverse charge) and the VAT IDs of both of us (§ 14a(1) sentence 4 and (5) UStG). I check your VAT ID when you enter it and before every self-billing invoice in the European Commission’s confirmation service (VIES). If it is not valid, I clarify this with you and issue the invoice afterwards.
    • Established outside the EU: no German VAT; I owe the tax as the recipient of the service (§ 13b(2) no. 1 and (5) UStG). The invoice bears the note “Steuerschuldnerschaft des Leistungsempfängers” (reverse charge, § 14a(5) UStG) and your tax or registration number.
  5. If you change your tax details in your account, they apply from the next self-billing invoice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. If, because of incorrect details from you, an invoice shows VAT that you do not owe, I correct it, and you repay the VAT you received in excess. Anyone who does not object without undue delay to a self-billing invoice showing VAT, although they are not a business, owes the amount shown themselves (§ 14c(2) sentence 2 no. 2 UStG).
  6. If you think a self-billing invoice is wrong, please object without undue delay by e-mail to partners@easyaiactlabels.com, stating the invoice number and the reason. With your objection the self-billing invoice loses its effect as an invoice (§ 14(2) sentence 6 UStG). I review the objection and issue a new self-billing invoice that takes your justified points into account.
  7. If refunds or adjustments result in a negative amount, I do not issue a self-billing invoice with a negative total. I set the amount off against the next self-billing invoice, where it appears as a separate line with a negative amount as long as the invoice total stays positive; otherwise I carry it forward to the following month. If a negative amount remains open after the partnership has ended, I do not reclaim it unless it results from incorrect details from you, from self-referral or from manipulation of the attribution.

Section 8 Payout

  1. Date and method. I pay out the amount of every self-billing invoice (including any VAT shown on it) automatically by PayPal to the PayPal address in your account. I initiate the payout every month between the 15th and the 20th of the month in which I issue the invoice; if I issue it after the 20th, between the 15th and the 20th of the following month. The minimum payout is 50 EUR; what counts is the balance excluding VAT (Section 7 (2)). I offer other payout methods, for example a bank transfer, only once I can process them automatically; you can then choose them in your account.
  2. I pay in euros. I bear the fees PayPal charges me for sending. You bear the fees PayPal charges you for receiving or for converting into another currency.
  3. Required details only from 50 EUR. For self-billing invoices and payouts I need your name (for a company, its name with legal form), your address, your VAT status with the number under Section 2 (2) and your PayPal address. You can enter them in your account at any time, at the latest when your balance reaches 50 EUR. If after a monthly run I find that your balance has reached 50 EUR and your details are missing, I tell you by e-mail and in your account, give you the deadline and remind you several times by e-mail until then. Until you enter the details, I carry the balance forward; commission keeps arising. If the details are still missing 12 months after that day, this has the same effect as ending the partnership yourself under Section 13: the partnership ends on that day, your code becomes invalid and no commission arises on later bills. A balance of 50 EUR or more is not forfeited in this case; I issue the self-billing invoice and pay out as soon as you add the details, as long as your claim is not time-barred (§§ 195, 199 BGB).
  4. If I cannot pay out because the PayPal address is missing or wrong or PayPal does not accept the payment, I let you know. The payout then remains pending until you have corrected your details in your account; I then pay it out with the next payout.
  5. If there is a justified suspicion of self-referral, manipulation of the attribution or incorrect details, I may withhold a payout until the suspicion has been cleared. I tell you so and why.
  6. When the partnership ends, Section 13 (2) and (3) and Section 14 apply to self-billing invoices and payouts.

Section 9 Advertising rules

  1. Disclosure. You clearly label every recommendation of the app as advertising at the start (for example “Ad” or “Advertisement”) and state in it that you earn a commission if someone subscribes through your link or code. You name the app and link its legal notice (easyaiactlabels.com/en/legal-notice/ or easyaiactlabels.com/de/impressum/) so that it is clear on whose behalf you advertise. Where a platform offers a label for paid partnerships, you use it as well. This applies to posts, stories, videos, newsletters, e-mails, talks, blog articles, comparison pages and conversations. Legal basis in Germany: § 5a(4) of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), § 6(1) nos. 1 and 2 DDG, § 22(1) sentence 1 of the Interstate Media Treaty (MStV). If you advertise in other countries, the local rules apply there in addition.
  2. No promises about the law. You do not say that the app fulfils legal obligations, provides legal certainty or prevents warning letters or fines, nor that a store has met all labelling obligations as a result. The app does not decide whether an image must be labelled; the merchant does. You do not give legal advice in my name and do not use fines as a hook.
  3. Only substantiated statements. About the app you only say what is in the partner kit or what I approve for you in text form. You do not publish your own figures about the app, about detection rates or about other stores. You do not use these words for the app: “legally safe”, “compliant” and “AI Act compliant”, “detects all AI images”, “done for you”, “no worries”, “proof”, “court-proof”, “proof of compliance”, “readiness”, “certified”, “guaranteed”, “EU data residency”, “the first”, “best” or “only app”, “free unlimited”, “official in 24 languages”, nor their German equivalents (for example „rechtssicher“, „konform“, „Beweis“, „zertifiziert“, „garantiert“, „kostenlos unbegrenzt“).
  4. Contact only with consent, in every country. By e-mail, messenger or direct message (LinkedIn included) you advertise only to recipients who have given their express prior consent, or in reply to their request (§ 7(2) no. 2 UWG). You make advertising calls only with express prior consent. The existing-customer exception (§ 7(3) UWG) does not help you, because the app is not your own product or service. These rules apply everywhere, even where local law allows more. Every advertising e-mail names an address for unsubscribing (§ 7(2) no. 3(c) UWG). No purchased address lists, no mass mailings.
  5. No brand bidding, no confusion. You do not run search engine or app store ads on the name “Easy AI Act Image Labels” or confusingly similar terms, do not register domains, profiles or channels with this name and do not present yourself as the provider of the app, as its support or as Shopify.
  6. No review incentives. You offer nothing in return for reviews of the app in the Shopify App Store, do not write reviews for stores and do not ask stores for a review in connection with the code, the trial, the discount or any other benefit.
  7. No manipulation. No automated installations, no codes that you enter without the store’s knowledge, no misleading statements about deadlines or sanctions, no self-referral (Section 5 (4)), no false details about your community (Section 4 (3)).
  8. Spot checks. I may look at your advertising for the app on a sample basis, in particular when the first store is attributed to you, and require you to change or remove individual content that breaches this section. At my request you tell me the places (for example channels, pages, newsletters) where you recommend the app; you can enter them voluntarily in your account in advance.

Section 10 Partner kit and name of the app

  1. For the duration of the partnership you may use the name of the app and the material in the partner kit (texts, screenshots, videos) for recommendations under these terms. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable at any time.
  2. You do not change the material in a way that changes its message. Notes on AI-generated voices or music in the material stay in place. You label your own AI-generated content, for example synthetic voices or avatars, according to the rules that apply to you.

Section 11 Data protection

  1. No store addresses for you. You receive from me no store addresses, no names, no contact details and no image or scan data of the stores attributed to you. Your account shows the number of your stores per status (for example installations, Free, trial, paying, uninstalled) and a list of your stores without addresses: sequential number, month of first payment, rate and status. Your self-billing invoices show only totals per month and rate. I confirm an attribution under Section 5 (2) to you only for the store you reported yourself.
  2. You receive data about a store only from its owner, for example if the owner forwards you their report from the AI image checker.
  3. How I process your data as a partner is set out in the privacy policy under “Partner programme”.
  4. You are responsible yourself for your own contact lists, newsletters and channels; there is no joint controllership with me.
  5. For attribution through the partner link I use from the installation event only the store address and your identifier, no other data of the store or its customers. I take the status of the stores attributed to you (installed, trial, paying, Free, paused, uninstalled) from the events and bills that the Shopify Partner API reports for the app. If the events are not available to me, I determine the status from the bills only; your account then cannot distinguish Free from trial and tells you so.

Section 12 Your position, liability

  1. You act in your own name and for your own account. You make no declarations on my behalf, conclude no contracts for the app, promise no prices or conditions and provide no support in the name of the app. The contract for the app is concluded solely between the merchant and me via Shopify.
  2. I am liable without limitation for damage resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by me, my legal representatives or vicarious agents, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, in the case of slight negligence I am liable only if I breach an essential contractual obligation, that is, an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.
  3. I owe you no particular availability of the app, no particular number of installations and no continued operation. If I discontinue the app, commission ends with the last bill that Shopify books for the app; this also applies to the lifetime commission under Section 6 (1). The partnership then ends with this last bill as after a termination by me (Section 14 (1)): I settle without a minimum amount and pay out your balance; no balance is forfeited.
  4. If you culpably breach Section 9, you indemnify me against third-party claims based on that breach, including reasonable costs of legal defence.

Section 13 Ending the partnership yourself

  1. You can end the partnership at any time without notice, in your partner account with “End partnership” or by e-mail to partners@easyaiactlabels.com.
  2. When you end it, your code becomes invalid immediately, no new attributions arise and commission ends for all your stores: commission arises only on bills that Shopify books up to and including the day you end the partnership. I settle these with the first complete monthly run that closes the month in which you ended it, usually on the 3rd of the following month (final settlement). I send you the result by e-mail.
  3. Forfeiture of a balance below 50 EUR. If your open balance after the final settlement is at least 50 EUR, I issue a final self-billing invoice and pay it out under Section 8; if your required details are missing, as soon as you add them (Section 8 (3)). If it is less than 50 EUR, it is forfeited: I issue no self-billing invoice for it and do not pay it out. Self-billing invoices I have already issued are always paid out; if such an invoice is still awaiting payout, I also settle a smaller open balance with a final self-billing invoice. Before you end the partnership in your account, the account shows you the amount that is expected to be forfeited, and you confirm it; added to this is commission on bills of the current month up to the day you end, which I only see with the monthly run. If you end by e-mail, I tell you the amount beforehand, and ending takes effect with your confirmation. You avoid the forfeiture if you keep the partnership going until your balance has reached 50 EUR and has been paid out (paragraph 4).
  4. If you only want to take a break, you do not need to end the partnership: as long as it continues, you keep receiving commission for your attributed stores, even if you no longer recommend anything.
  5. Even after the end you can sign in to your account and download your self-billing invoices for as long as I keep them.
  6. After the end you remove code and link from your channels or mark them as no longer valid and stop using the material from the partner kit.

Section 14 Termination by me

  1. Ordinary termination. I can terminate the partnership by e-mail with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month. It ends at the end of the first month-end that is at least 30 days after the notice; until then your code remains valid. For stores attributed to you by the end, you keep receiving commission on bills that Shopify books in the 12 months after the end, at the rate set for the store (run-off period). After the end I issue a self-billing invoice for every month with a positive open balance, even below 50 EUR, and pay it out under Section 8 as soon as your required details are available; no balance is forfeited. Example: notice on 10 May 2027, end at the close of 30 June 2027, commission on bills up to and including 30 June 2028. If you end the partnership yourself after my notice but before it takes effect (Section 13), only your code becomes invalid immediately; the run-off period and settlement without a minimum amount remain as set out in this paragraph, and nothing is forfeited.
  2. I can terminate without notice for good cause, in particular for a serious breach of Section 9 or one repeated despite a warning, for manipulation of the attribution, for self-referral or for incorrect details about your business status, your VAT status or your community. Your code becomes invalid with the termination. I settle commission on bills up to the termination and pay out your balance without a minimum amount, insofar as neither results from the breach; after that no further commission arises.
  3. Unused accounts. If you have not signed in to your account for 24 months, no store is attributed to you and no commission has arisen, I can end the partnership and delete your account; your code then becomes invalid. I announce this by e-mail 30 days beforehand. If you sign in to your account by then, the partnership continues.

Section 15 Changes, transfer, transition

  1. I can change these terms for the future. I announce changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect and set them out in the announcement.
  2. Until the changes take effect, you can end the partnership by e-mail to partners@easyaiactlabels.com with reference to the change. This has the same effect as termination by me under Section 14 (1): for the stores attributed to you by then, you keep receiving commission under the previous terms on the bills of the 12 months after the end, and I settle without a minimum amount; no balance is forfeited. If you do not end the partnership, the new terms apply from the announced date. I point out both in the announcement.
  3. A change of the tiers or the rates applies only to stores whose rate I set after it takes effect, a change of the duration of the commission only to stores attributed to you after it takes effect (Section 6 (8)).
  4. If I transfer the app to another company, I may transfer this contract with it. I tell you at least 30 days in advance by e-mail; until then you can end the partnership as under paragraph 2.
  5. Transition. For stores attributed to you under an earlier version of these terms (up to the version of 2026-10-01), the earlier rule continues to apply: 30% of the commission base on the bills in the 12 months from the store’s first paid bill. These stores count towards the tiers under Section 6 (2). Stores that redeemed a code under an earlier version keep the benefit they redeemed at the time. If your contract already existed before this version, this version applies to you under paragraphs 1 and 2. If you applied under an earlier version and your application had not yet been accepted, no contract has been concluded yet; if I activate your account, the contract under these terms is concluded once you confirm them in your account, and only then do code and link apply.
